Here on the 17th juli for lunch and so we were happy! the food was excellent! the personal was so friendly and the ambiente super. it was a great place to stop lunch. we had both the special entree, avocado and garnel (delicious! .after the skate in butter. honestly the thickest piece skate I've ever had! it was great! dessert was my favorite, ile flottant! it was the best I ever had! this was such a happy foundation for us, but unfortunately we can't visit again if we are not on the go!

I had the steak with a pfeffer sauce, it was from this world. I wish all restaurants could eat as delicious as this. the service was perfection.

We walked around town for nearly an hour trying to find somewhere to eat and eventually gave in and went back to the place we'd been several years earlier and had vowed never to return to because the food was so awful. However, it was...there, somewhere way more expensive or McDonald's so we relented. They have refurbished since our last visit so we felt hopeful. Wrong. It was utterly disgusting. I ate 3 mouthfuls of mine and left the rest. My daughter refused to eat her nuggets unheard of for such a treat for her. No amount of ketchup would persuade her. The service was beyond hostile. Food was slammed down in front of us. At no point did anyone ask if the food was ok it wasn't and if they had asked we would have said no. We attempted to get my meal off the bill but a literal shrug of the shoulders was the best customer service we got. I wish we had just gone to McDonald's which is where we wound up afterwards. We might as well have thrown our money down the toilet.

As avid users of Trip Advisor we were slightly reluctant to go for a restaurant with relatively few reviews......but decided to take a chance as it was 5 mins walk from our Air BnB. What a lovely surprise! Excellent position.....excellent food.....excellent service.....starter and mains for...two plus a g&t and two pitchers of rose.....all for €60.... Would definitely recommend and definitely go back.....
