Mikkeller - Aarhus

Excellent real ale pub in the centre of town. Loads of choice if you are an enthusiast. It’s about the size of two decent saunas and the decor is exactly same but without the coals/heat but with a bloke in a cardigan selling you good beer. Magic!

It is a downward experience. They have now only their own beer on the map, and there is no need to be taking some chances and maybe be a bit in the decor and the cultures.

Veeery good strong stout. Though a bit expensive for 200ml (100 kr).

We are lucky and have many good beer bars in Aarhus, and Mikkeller Bar in Jægergårdsgade is certainly one of them. Not the biggest bar, but nicely decorated and with a good atmosphere and occasionally with some beers you can't get anywhere else in the city.

Small but super cozy place. High service and the possibility of taste samples on beer before ordering. Highly recommended.
