We come here every summer and are happy with the place. There could have been 5 stars all over it. But it is always nice to have something to look after. We come again in the party week. Friendly greeting Mette and Jens

A great place, really recommend their fish plate or their mørbrad, it is perfect every time.

I got Moules Frites here and mussels were filled with beard, finally I gave up eating because I lost the perfect arpetit. The cap was good, but that mussels were filled with beard destroyed it for me

Good food and a good selection of good wines. The servants are top professional, very polite and always with a glimpse in the eye. The ambiance of Carlton is in a class for itself. Honestly, you cannot give more a 5 stars.
