Cold indoor pool Very good breakfast on day one however it was the same every day 4 days in a row Appalling lack of knowledge of services and activities in their city and neighbourhood promised to check out, but never got back to us Stayed in a very small suit with an unusable atrium porch had not been cleaned with dying plants, and residues on the ground, half broken furniture complained about this but they were notinterested in doing anything about it. Asked for a check out coffee (on the go) as they promised on their web site the clerk looked utterly confused had not heard about it and came with two cups of horrible instant coffee even though the establishment boasts a more than decent coffee corner.

Swiss quality and substance in Northern Denmark... The hotel offers a tremendously good breakfast buffet offering a good degree of variety af an ex emotional high quality. The staff is friendly and personal if you want them to be, and there is a really good value for money. The room we had was okay, and we really feel that we get value for money because what mattered for us was not marble corridors and heavy drapes Louis XV style but a comfy and clean room. The rooms were clean upon arrival and all week the rooms were made with great attention to cleanliness. The owners have a relatable and approachable attitude and accommodated our wishes whenever we requested something. The swimmingpool and SPA area was great and is even going to be uodrades for season 2024. We'll be back again.

Not a dog friendly hotel. We made a reservation on booking without knowing the extra cost for a dog. Then they let us know they only had a small room and the extra cost for the dog would be almost 70 euro. For that reason we asked a free cancellation but that was out of the question.

They have gluten-free bread and they will make sure that their menu is gluten-free

Really good service and skilled servants. Have a 6 dishes gourmet that we had bought cheaper online. The food does not get my highest rating, but was really good, nice and served. We were saturated, but not really impressed. What could after my taste have been better: 1. The appetizer was no disappointing, missing sweetness and salt. Made with cod was placed on the bottom of the pickled red onions. I missed crispness and sweetness in the onions, when vinegar surrendered right. And to the main dish, here I would prefer that the skin had been crisp and the other was very persistent in taste and I missed more taste in sauce / broth. It was nice and nice accessories for. In addition, I got a cocktail that was shaked and served on the table when I wanted to drink alcohol for free to the main dish. It was a good choice and a good match. The Dessert was not impressed, but was nice and tasty.
