Fusion - Aalborg

In relation to expectations, food was the choice something disappointing, with some very classic dishes without experiments. The food was good and well prepared, but salmon for starter and beef trout to the main course was very classic. The whole event was good.

Visited the place for Aalborg Eat out so the menu was given in advance and lived almost up to expectations. It was especially one of the dishes that was extra tasty, a mediumed with cod, the sushi part was good, the meat part ok and the dessert slightly indifferent. I'll be relatively easy, but my two with eaters went a bit hungry from there, otherwise the decor isn't the most cozy and warm but it's better as the darkness falls on and you have of course the waterfront right in front. The service was welcoming, friendly and informative.

We held our wedding at Restaurant Fusion and they really delivered the item. Leading professionals both before and on the day, very agile and fantastic food, drink and service. Our guests from abroad were blown behind.
