Mangold - Aachen

I've already ordered three times and 2 times just arrived half the order and then it's self-comprehensible without going back NO I give tip if I don't want to go there simply. After more than 30 years of visit to Aachen, I have been able to enjoy the best food here. The Sate Ente was so crispy, the vegetables were plentiful and crunchy! The service was super attentive and friendly! He immediately reacted to us Ösis accordingly. We really had a nice and especially delicious evening! Very recommended!!!

For the first time we stood around 10 minutes before we went to our table, the Edamame were completely cooked. In our dessert (Mangos Surprise) the mango was first raw and second only 5 small cubes, which is at the price of a nasty. The waitress didn't care. A really dissatisfied visit!

The food itself, was quite perfect, however, I have already eaten much better sushi!!! My wife had Thai Curry, we're used to a lot of sharpness, but what was served was inedible. It was worth a try, but the previous reviews do not deceive. The service leaves much to be desired even though only 4 tables (including us) were occupied in the whole restaurant, we had to wait a smooth hour to wait for someone to get our next order and clear the table. Very bad, I hoped for much more.

We ordered our food by phone for 3 persons at 2.30 p.m. At 22.00, I asked by phone when the food is delivered. First lady on the phone quite annoyed and unfriendly. I was passed on. The second lady assured me that our delivery (after Aachen-Brand) will arrive in a few minutes. It was delivered 22.30 a.m.!!! 2 hours delivery time this is simply not okay. The prices have grown very strongly. Fried noodles with chicken, very little meat and very little vegetables in it. Then the ordered sushi was warm. This isn't even possible with raw fish. This day it was very warm in the evening. Why don't you transport the sushi in a cooler? ... We couldn't eat the sushi. Very sad....The order value of 48€ is not justified. Meanwhile, the mangold is quite raised....we will definitely not go to order and eat.
