I’m beyond confused and baffled as to how this location has almost 5 full stars. You people are nuts because this location is undoubtedly the worst of them all. That Alyssa girl is so rude and is the absolute worst. They have a few others and have had a few other demonic souls who are no longer there (thank god) but it’s the most inconsistent location. Nothing seems to come out correct unless Mike the manager is there. If he isn’t, you mine as well go to Mineola or wait till 9 for East Meadow. … – show

Love SoBol but this particular location is horrible. I always order ahead, it never fails. Every single time I walk in they haven’t even started my order. And I give them 20—25 mins prior. You either need to change your staff or the system Bc it makes me never want to come back
