During the past weekend, I ordered some raw food products using LakFood web portal. The order placement was not complicated, and the package was dispatched on Monday. Time taken to ship is reasonable. Last night (Tuesday) I received the shipment delivered by UPS. To my amazement the packing was excellent! I wish I can give this place negative stars NEVER BUY PACKED FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. I literally threw away the food I bought from here. You can smell how bad the food got. THIS IS FOOD POISONING!!! I’m def brining this place to food authorities sight.

I just received a package from Lak foods. Just want to Thank them for their service and I was very pleased with every item that I ordered including the clay Pot for cooking.The items were packed very well and I’ll be ordering from Lak foods in the near future. Thank You once again.

I purchased some kitul piti not too long ago. I found out it is not 100% pure natural kitul piti. Since I have had pure original kitul piti all my life, this tasted horrible. It is so disappointing to see there is something added to it. Please be aware buying that product.

I have ordered groceries online from Lakfood several times. Shipping is so fast. I always receive my packages within 2—3 days. They have a wide variety of Sri Lankan items including frozen food such as buns, roti, short eats, etc. Fresh vegetables are also available. They pack everything very safely. Fragile items such as glass bottles are always packed in high quality bubble wraps. They send unexpired fresh items.
