Kyo Sushi - <a href

I come here often and the owner said that they have recently changed the way the fish is processed. They will pickle the fish first to make it taste good. I tried it and it was really delicious. And the fish is very fresh. I love so much

We’ve been coming here for years and I’m not sure if there’s new management but the food quality has gone down tremendously.

My go to sushi spot for years now. Waiting to find better in Westchester. Small place but great sushi!

This was my go to sushi place in my town of Hartsdale until yesterday night I have ordered from this place for over 10 years getting consistently good sushi yesterday the tuna was rancid and the rest of the raw fish except for the salmon not very fresh. Totally disappointed and will never patronize this place ever again. Shame on them panning off old fish on their customers.

Kyo is amazing! You can never go wrong with their fried rice and sushi for dinner.
