Amazing authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is out of this world, overall a great experience. Don't miss out on the pepperoni. The only problem for me was the price, which was a bit over what I expected to pay. You can substitute the mozzarella for vegan mozzarella, which is surprisingly great too

I got two pizzas — Hot Cherry Pepper and Margherita. The Hot Cherry Pepper was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The Margherita was awful. As in, I gave my dog a piece and he spit it out. I still give Jay's five stars just for the Hot Cherry Pepper pizza. I could seriously eat that every day for the rest of my life and be happy!

I have been hearing about Jays for awhile now but whenever I’m in town my schedule hasn’t aligned with their hours. Finally this weekend I got to try Jays and it was phenomenal! I am not really a thick crust person, but their crust is so cheesy and crispy that I will need to make this a regular stop when I visit again. Only changes I would make is to maybe ask for extra sauce, because it’s so flavorful, and extra cheese. Pro tip: you can ask a Neapolitan to be a square — we did that with the fun … – show
