Excellent latte, very good panini. Service was really strong. Parking can be a little weird as the lot is shared with a bmw dealership but besides that 5 star experience.

Iced coffee and small sandwich for $20. Wasn’t super impressive for the price. They charge 3.5% fee on credit cards but luckily I had some cash on me.

Real good coffee and great pastries..choc-chocolate chip muffin a 10 (warm it up)

This is the place the regular Hamptons folk go to. That's not bad, it's good. While you might see a name brand or a logo, you won't find entitled people making sure everyone sees their platinum card. Good coffee. Nice service.
