Gunk Haus - <a href

Fantastic German food, and a great outdoor area for when the weather is nice. I honestly haven’t found a German spot in the area that can compare and I’ve been coming here for post-hike lunch or early dinner a lot during the summer/fall. It can get a little crowded during summer/fall weekends so plan for a little bit of a wait, especially if a larger party.

Really great food views, the restaurant is in a beautiful old house. The staff is very friendly, great service. A bit pricey, but portion sizes are huge. There is also a bar and bakery and outdoor seating during warmer weather with views over the mountains and orchards. Only complaint is that they do not serve their appetizer bread warm and it is a bit small (especially for the price), also the menu on the website doesn't always reflect their actual current menu.
