The falafel was burnt crispy and the accompanying sauce had no flavor at all. Seemed put together in a rushed fashion

Just ordered delivery and found a cockroach in one of the food items. Like someone else who left a low review, I was only originally offered a refund on that one food item even though I threw out the entire order after my wife and I lost our appetite for this meal. I was communicating through Seamless so I insisted on a full refund and luckily they obliged. Having worked in the service industry for many years, I am always hesitant to leave a bad review as I know there are good days and bad. But … – show
