Terrible customer service, cold food, extremely long wait time.

Where do I start? This restaurant is the best kept secret. It is definitely the best italian restaurant I have been to on Long Island. The rolls are amazing that they bring out to the table, the drinks are phenomenal, the set up is beautiful, the food menu is perfect with amazing options. The staff is super customer friendly. Went to Butera's for a brunch. It was my first time here. Our waitress/server, Sam was very sweet, attentive, and helpful. I have food allergies and always let the server know ahead of ordering. She said she would let the chef know about my allergy. I appreciated that she wrote down my allergies instead of attempting to remember them after taking 7 other orders! Where can one begin.... So the location is on a side street with plenty of parking. Which I love… You are immediately greeted by staff with a smile. Tables are spacious and decore is simplistic but tasteful.. Lunch time is when i normally go..
