He was a disciple of you to go to San Sebastian. combines traditional Galician food with fish and seafood (and prices) of first class, with innovative dishes such as the red tuna loin sealed in tandoori, the lubrigante salad with toasted vinegar, and the steam lubine with algae and hedges, and single-think meats with foie in agridulce sauce and Galician intercote to cheese ces. but the price is medium/high, usually take offers in fabrics as permitted, in which the tasting menu comes about 30€, an unbeatable option because it includes good wine, coffee and muffins, in addition to the 6 dishes of tasting: 3 muffins to the stone, octopus to the gulega and the pieito of the foie of rape and cigalas,
I went with my son around coruña and we decided to try the food in pablo gallego. delicious croquettes and super soft pulps to begin and then the codillo that melt in the mouth and cocochas. everything was delicious. we will try more dishes!
We had no reservation and wanted to have a small court of Galician food, with a short stay. the place is probably quite busy as most tables were reserved. despite this case we were kindly greeted and were allowed to pick up our meal times in our time (to study the dishes for our own reasons, but the menu is also in English.) we enjoyed the food and the service. I recommend the octopus.
We had lunch there, all exquisite and very original The monkfish pie, the smoked sardines, the langoustine carpaccio and the spider crab, original and exquisite.
