Gasthof - A Coruña

Hola a todos... a veces vamos y esperamos y algunos soplan... os aseguro que es porque están saturados... yo hacía tiempo que no iba... hemos ido este lunes por la mañana... y de nuevo la morena de coleta nos atendió... super rápida... hacía un año que no íbamos y se acordaba, ágil y rápida... y además amable... así da gusto... gracias...

We called in for a sandwhich and coffee, have to say all arrived quickly and promptly and was of decent quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable. The place was pretty full with tourists and locals. Tables were cleared very quickly and it was clean to, just whatwe wanted.

Durante una visita al Corte Inglés, decidimos almorzar en Gasthof. Pedí una ensalada César, muy copiosa y deliciosa. El servicio del personal fue excelente y la decoración del restaurante muy agradable. Aunque hay mesas dentro del local, elegimos una mesa en la zona del Centro Comercial 4 Caminos. Es una excelente opción para cuando estás de paso y deseas comer rápido, sabroso y en grandes cantidades.

We were staying near here so the shopping centre was in easy walking distance of our accommodation. The Cuatro Caminos is a busy spot so the Gasthof doesn't have to work too hard to get bums on seats. Having said that, the food and drink need to be good enough to get people back in. We were served in a brisk and efficient manner by three different members of staff, not unfriendly but making it quite clear they were busy, so don't hang about over your food! The menu is plain and simple food, they clearly know their market and look to give people in a shopping centre what they want, reasonable food at reasonable prices. There is another branch at the other end of the shopping centre, so if it supports two, it must be doing something right.

We ate here and it was lovely food and cheap also. the staff were very nice and helpful. It is right beside the Tryp hotel and in the shopping centre next door. They have an outdoor seating area. I would recommend the Lamb, Fish or Chicken Dishes.
