Cinco De Mayo Restaurant Bar - A

Fantastic! The service and food quality were outstanding. We visited on a busy Friday night and were seated promptly despite the crowd. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating with our menu modifications, and the food was served quickly. The flavors were excellent, and we were checked on multiple times for drink refills and other needs. The restaurant features a full bar, comfortable seating, and the staff genuinely cares about your experience! While it's smaller than the Westminster location, it’s still a great place and a valuable addition to this small town.

The food was mediocre. The only highlight of the carnita tacos was the meat; the corn tortillas were soggy, and the accompanying toppings seemed either a couple of days past their prime or, in the case of the rice and beans topped with melted cheese, were served cold. My wife’s shrimp salad was similarly unimpressive — the vegetables looked a bit wilted, although the shrimp were decent. Overall, I found the meal overpriced by about $4 to $5 for each dish. I won’t be returning anytime soon, as there are better options nearby. I wanted to give this place a try because I had heard good things, but perhaps it was just an off night. However, with higher prices come higher expectations.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! This was our second visit, and we continue to be impressed by the incredibly friendly and polite staff, as well as the tasty food and drinks. Our waitress greeted us with a smile and a lot of enthusiasm. We will definitely be coming back, and I can't wait to have another delicious margarita! The bartender is also fantastic. There are just so many wonderful things to say about this place!

The shrimp fajitas and the sweet and sour shrimp I ordered were not only undercooked but completely raw, with no seasoning whatsoever. It was honestly disgusting. I ended up taking it home and had to cook it again, which resulted in the peppers and onions losing their crispness. There were also large, slimy slices of tomato mixed in with the peppers and onions that I have never encountered in a fajita dish before.
