Contribuiți la feedbackThe personal reacted immediately to my FB requests and I heard good dings about vivino online and by local friends, so I was ready to like this place, but I loved it. do not let them turn off from my position next to a tank – they cannot see it inside where the atmosphere is chic glass, low light, a shiny bar and many plants, and there is even more secluded in their back garden. at passover they have gf brot, but because they heat it in a pizza oven, they said it was not safe for zöliakie; this gave additional confirmation that they understood the seriousness of the cross contact. when I said that I have zöliakie, they showed me all the things on the menu that were prepared slightly gluten-free and said that the manager would talk to me in English about additional precautions that they would take (all dishes, pots, utensils are carefully cleaned before they use with gf food preparations, they always clean water for gf pasta, the mold is pasta etc). but they also warn me because the kitchen is doing. the coworkers speak at least three languages (I have heard Russian, Hebrew and English, and our waiter said he speaks also Romanian, French and German), which is always helpful, and they went beyond and beyond to adjust the strawberry mascarpone dessert for me (it is not offered as a Gf dessert, although they have left ice and a gf fudgekuchen). I liked my burrata appetizer and salmon vegetables pasta dish. both were tasteful, had perfect texture and were made clear with high quality ingredients. this place is not cheap, but is not a decent restaurant in israel and it was worth in every sight.
