One of best customer service i experienced here. Why i say so?.read more.. Went with family here. Sunday dinner at 8.30pm. 90% tables occupied. Some tables though empty people avoid because of no AC centralised and no fan for those tables. Shop lighting looks so dull and could be cleaned better the whole shop. Comprising on these with a good business making shop and branch is unacceptable. We saw almost half the people were staring at each other and waiting so desperate for their orders. For a moment we thought of leaving the restaurant for it might be delayed. Our orders taken and it reached us in about 13 minutes approx. Not a big deal. I must mention the extraordinary customer service here. We were new here to this state, city and the shop. Menu seems different with chicken and mutton almost priced same and it's too pricy. We are a middle class, so we asked for some gravy for poratta which is cheap and good. We completely unaware of the quantity of any items in menu. Person who took out order explained very politely about the quantity and recommended us which is available and which is enough for 2 adults. We were completely moved by his help and he was right about the quantity like we recieved and saved our money and also had a stomach full food here. Porata was very big and 2 is more than enough for 2 adults to share it. It's so cheap as well for ₹14. We didn't order any gravy since poratta has a plain gravy comes with it. Shawaya was awesome with fresh Mayo and soft kubus. My wife loved it. Egg koththu porata also was much more in quantity for its price. We couldn't complete the kothu and took it as parcel. Kothu was good as well but was a bit more dry. More gravy could have been added to it. ₹400 was the bill which seems completely fair for the best customer service, quantity of each items and it's taste as well. We took take away of 80% of kothu in that 400. No issues with parking and even in hot noon u get shades there. Lastly, shocking to see everyone be so cautious about not to smile and so stiff in most places we visit here in trivandrum, especially eateries. No need to laugh hard by disturbing the silence, but at least can have a pleasant face and a nice chat with own company at least I prefer.

This is a great restaurant to enjoy with your family. The atmosphere is lovely and there is plenty of parking available. The service is friendly and the food is delicious.

We went for dinner to the Halais pangappara branch. Ordered wheat porotta, chappathi, prawns roast and chicken roast. Food was tasty and service was good. Only gripe is that they do not support card payment.

A delight for non veg folks. But vegies like me should avoid The service is good. Ambience is pleasing. Service is satisfactory. Menu is quite extensive to serve all. But only if you are a non veg. Some one like me had very few options , though the serve quality is not diminishing.
