What was once a popular spot for college students in the late 2000s has now been transformed into an evening hangout for those in their 30s. My most recent visit to Fun Republic Social was on a fun night out with a few friends before the coronavirus pandemic hit. The affordable drinks and overall ambiance helped us relax, but we noticed our drinks mysteriously disappearing from our tables as the night went on. Despite our initial concern, we eventually laughed it off, as the cozy atmosphere of the place made us feel at ease. - Sanjeew Nanda
I visited this restaurant on Sunday with a group of extended family members and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the menu had a wide variety of choices. There were plenty of options available for vegetarians and a good selection of non-alcoholic drinks. We were able to spend quality time together, which is not always easy to achieve in a restaurant setting. I highly recommend this place for those looking to hang out with friends and family.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant with four friends.
This social has a facility that, unlike the other social, still has the generic theme of a social. the whole device is wallpaper from the deck to all walls. the design is Victorian floral and so is the design on the wing chairs....The entire decor has beautiful Victorian thema to it, but also throws in splashing contemporary feelings on some walls. eating is also good. it is well cooked and a large thumb on the taste. the basil and thyme paneer tikka was cooked directly with the correct amount of taste. the samosa Chole Chalate and the sesame honey tasted frying. the chicken kebabs are delightful, the jalapeno cheese nads taste heavenly to be cheese lovers with cheese oozing out, although you can not taste jalapeno in them. that speaks much about biryani is worth the hype. the service could be better. it looked a little under personal for such a huge place and some employees was a little stuck, which could be due to the overwork. Of course, this place is quite spacious and even has a dias for live performances. they have live performances on and off (some good a few not so good). the service part could be overlooked as eating was good.
Good ambience, great mocktails and good food. Was the NMIMS 1993 Alumni party celebrating silver jubilee of the Post Graduation in Management
