Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort

Excellent resort, very good location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing is too hard. Love the free boat ride around the lagoon. Very sufficient and good quality breakfast. The layout of the resort is lovely, lots of sitting places. Will definitely stay again.

A little escape from reality… Though the weather wasn’t on our side, we still had a great time. There are plenty things to do in the resort if it starts to rain. The Kids Club and the Spa were wonderful to pass the time. The room is a little outdated in terms of design but it’s super clean. The staff were kind enough to change the day bed into a bed for the kids. The breakfast spread is good but lacks variety during our 3 nights of stay. The price for F&B is very reasonable and delicious. The kitchen staff were kind enough to notify us that their Chickens are from Halal vendors and they separate their cooking from the non-halal, as they got to know that we were Muslims. Overall a very good stay at the hotel, wish we could stay longer and the weather were a little better plus the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love this place. Located on Bangtao beach which is awesome for long walks. The hotel is a bit older but rooms are very spacious which is great for families with younger kids. It's easy to accomodate in one room. They have connecting rooms as well. The hotel Pool has a little water slide and a Pool Bar. Lots of free activities are offered. 3 tennis counts available. A lot of the Staff worked here for long term which is always a good sign. We always feel very welcome. Unfortunately prices have gone up like crazy.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The breathtaking view from my room overlooking ocean view was truly a sight to behold. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness added an extra layer of comfort to my trip. I can't wait to return and enjoy both the stunning view and the impeccable service again

This resort had its share of charms, overall. Although we encountered a small hitch when we discovered a cockroach in our room, the staff promptly addressed this and moved us to another room. It was a slight change, but we quickly adapted. There was a minor concern with the odor from the table mats in the breakfast restaurant, something the resort may look into to further enhance the guest experience. A big plus was the incredibly friendly staff who truly made our stay more enjoyable. The resort's dedicated app was extremely convenient, adding to the ease of our stay. Not to forget, the slide at the swimming pool was a standout. It was a great source of fun and joy during our time there.
