You can see the oats through a window, but you are not allowed in the room. There is no guide to ask questions. It is a self-guided tour with some information boards. They probably shredded the sugar cane while we were there, so we had to see that but essentially the whole distillery “Tour” lasted three minutes. Then you go to the restaurant. The owner was very pleasant. We were offered a tasting of pure rum and also some locally produced syrups to also mix in it. It was nice, but nothing special. Cost 60B. If you don't want food, the whole experience ends. Total 15min. You had a bbq at the time that we were there so you can pay to have additional drinks to extend your stay there, but we decided to leave at this point.
Recommended by a friend to taste the four cheese pizza. General toppings and very tasty. The beef stew was also delicate and tasteful. Very recommended.
Really nice atmosphere and great staff. My favorite place I visited on koh samui. I tried one of the tasting menus and was only 150 baht and phenomenal. Definitely recommend
Awesome local rum. Cool tasting choices. Lovely homemade pizza. The guy who works there is super nice and accommodating, too. We will definitely go back.
La Rhumerie, unique place in Samui and fire in Thailand! A piece of heaven is in a coconut garden, here you can try all the best rum, locally or for overseas. Visit the alambic and discover how to make the pirates Nectar! The food is a trip around French territory and cultures, including western pizza and snack. Relax by the pool with a rum!
