10/10 Reception team made us feel welcome and took care of us as we were royalties. Can’t thank enough for checking the ferry timetable and changed pier without asking. You guys are amazing! 10/10 Our ocean view room (134) was clean, beautiful and everything promised. 10/10 The location by the sea. Such incredibly gorgeous place. 10/10 Restaurant Sesun. The food is good but the atmosphere and service is what this place is all about. Again we felt welcome and were taken care of most friendly manner. Only negative is breakfast service which is mixture of being serviced and self service. I do not know what issue hotel is trying to solve by setting food so that even butter and jam needs to be asked for. If the counter is not manned every second of breakfast service (and it was not), it is more of inconveniencing customers to keep fruit, yogurt and such behind service counter. Hopefully this is solved before we return and return we shall. Thank you so much for this lovely experience!

This is 5 star building not a 5 star hotel. I believe that most people book this hotel because of the beautiful swimming pool and the vision of the Instagram photos. The visuals of the hotel are really great, but the rest does not work here. At the same time, I would like to point out that the hotel does not have elevators and traveling around the hotel or step 3floor with a stroller is more difficult. (To baby club is more than 20steps for exapmle, this is absurd for me) Finally, the topic is the beach, no one has been swimming on the beach for the entire time, there are boulders right at the edge of the water, the beach stinks and the sewage from the hotel leads into it, which you can not only see but also feel. Villas by the beach must be suffering. The hotel offers very few shady places to rest, the sun is constantly shining on you, if you have children, they will be very hot here and you will be miserable. There is a high risk of burns here. You cannot physically go anywhere from the hotel for a walk into the city, nor is there a market here, so you are dependent on a taxi or hotel offer. If you are from east, the Chinese breakfast will suit you, otherwise not. the breakfast offer is eggs, one type of bread, 4 types of fruit, 20g of cheese per ration, no ham, and sweet pastries, all of is given to you by the staff at the same time and you show what you want. It reminds me more of a meal at my childhood ski training course than a 5-star hotel. We thought it was probably a remnant of covid, at the moment the hotel is saving a lot of money because it offers very limited food for breakfast. In the course of a week 's stay with small children, we found out that many people at the hotel have stomach problems, including us, we vomited alternately for 3 nights, probably from the ice cream. It was absurd that when you vomit, you hear that other rooms also vomit, and for the cleaners who are great, this situation is normal. There is probably something going on here that is not talked about. The hotel does not know how to prevent Bangkok belly . So long story short: If you are Chinese you will love it here. If you have children, you will have beautiful photos of the pool, but you will also for 99% suffer here. Take care

This hotel is awesome! The view, the beach, the rooms, the pool the service is excellent. Good to come with family or a romantic getaway. Hotel staffs are genuinely friendly helpful, my requests were immediately attended to without reminders. Rooms bathrooms are very clean well maintained. Overall, it's a great place to spend a good vacation.

The hotel's rooms are spacious, like you'd expect from a five-star place, and there's a part of Rock Beach nearby. But, the waves there can get pretty wild, so swimming isn't a great idea. Plus, the pool water tastes salty, probably from folks coming in from the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though. I'd say it's better to find a hotel with a nicer beach for swimming.

For me the 5* “wow” effect is missing here but overall good stay: Pro: Staff is helpful is nice (general in thai) Architecture is great, clean modern look Rooms are great, clean and nice views for sure hyatt standards Con: If you are looking for a beach hotel, do not book this hotel! Dirty rocky sea and even 1 day there were oil stains Health problems from food occurred (20 hours next to the toilet spent) A lot of families with kids not respecting the adult pool area
