Dà Zhòng Gē Pēng Wǔ Zi - 高萩市

I enjoyed the Yuke-don and sashimi set meal. The fish is cooked to perfection, and the cleanliness of the place is commendable. The sashimi set features fresh seafood that is carefully prepared in advance. When I think of Yuke-don, I imagine how delicious it will be! Each fresh ingredient blends beautifully with the sauce, creating a delightful harmony of flavors that I would love to experience again. It was truly satisfying!

I went to try the seafood bowl. For 1580 yen, you get a seafood bowl, salad, a small side dish, pickles, miso soup, and coffee. It's delicious and reasonably priced. The coffee is free. I visited for lunch on a Saturday and felt like I could eat more. Definitely a hidden gem!

A hidden gem in the suburbs of Takahagi. The flavor is undoubtedly top-notch. Be sure to make a reservation on weekends.
