Xī Zhèn - 日高町

I was brought to a restaurant where I could eat shishamo sushi. The shishamo set meal was really shishamo only, so delicious. The ones I had before were without skin, but the ones with skin have a good texture.

The Omakase lunch was delicious. The shishamo tempura was also delicious.
