Shān Yī Wū - 吉岡町

The Okirikomi (simmered udon) had a lot of vegetables and noodles, and was quite voluminous, making it impossible to finish. It was larger than it looked in the photos. The Maitake tempura had not only maitake mushrooms but also carrots and sweet potatoes, and was delicious (perhaps I ordered too much). The atmosphere was cozy and charming, like a cottage. The restaurant started to get crowded quickly after 1,000 on holidays.

Compared to the other shops around, this restaurant is both affordable and delicious. I tried the Mori Kake Yasai Tempura Assortment and it was a satisfying meal with a generous portion. Highly recommended.

I visited for the famous Mizusawa Udon, one of the three great udon noodles. I was satisfied with both the portion and the taste of the udon. However, I felt that the noodles were a little too long. The shiitake mushroom tempura was thick and juicy, tasting almost like chicken tempura. There was a large turtle swimming in the aquarium inside the restaurant, which helped me relax during the waiting time.

山一屋 おきりこみ 1155円 すごい デカイ器なんですよ 伝わらないよね 汗 汁は 醤油と味噌の合わせ汁らしく 凄くホッとする味 ほうとうとか芋煮とかに 似てますね。 とにかく 全部飲みたい 笑 うどんは 太めの平打ちうどんで 煮込みだから 柔らかかと 思いきや そんなことなくて ツルツルしてて ちゃんと歯応えもあって これなら最後まで美味しく頂けますねー 多分本当は 分けて食べるんでしょうけど そのまま すする ラーメンスタイルで 最後まで頂きましたー 笑 なんせ 具材が半端なく多くて 食べてる間も楽しい 根菜の甘味も 溶け出してるので 本当に最後まですすりました この量なら この値段でも納得 笑 久しぶりに ホッとする味に出会った気がします 群馬に行ったら是非オススメ

喉越しの良い麺 うどんが苦手な自分が美味しいと 思う滑らかさ 舞茸天麩羅盛合わせも 具がデカくてかなりのボリューム有り 価格もリーズナブルなので また今度伺って見たいです。
