I was talking with my co-worker about finding a delicious ramen shop, and they recommended Menya Shin in Nagasuma. So, I went there with my family and ordered salt lemon ramen, burnt soy sauce ramen, miso ramen, Shiretoko chicken soy sauce ramen, and half fried rice. There were many other menu options, so I'll have to come back again! I tried the ramen that others ordered, and they were all delicious. Even with soy sauce ramen, the taste was completely different, and you can enjoy a variety of flavors. The Shiretoko chicken soy sauce ramen had chicken chashu and the burnt soy sauce had pork. The salt lemon also had chicken. None of them were too greasy, and the flavors were just right. It had been a while since I had finished the soup, and I definitely want to go back soon because it's relatively close. It was convenient to buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine and order, so it was quick and easy to leave afterwards. It was a great experience!

I had the salt-based ramen with clear broth. The chashu was made with chicken thigh meat! It was absolutely delicious. My dining companion also enjoyed the salt-based soy sauce ramen. Even though it's far from where we live, we will definitely return! The parking lot is spacious and easy to find a spot.

It was my first time at this restaurant. I had heard it was delicious, so I had high expectations. I purchased my meal ticket from the ticket machine and sat at a table. The interior was very clean and stylish, giving off a calming vibe. I ordered the Chicken Salt Lemon, Rich Miso (large), Chicken Soy Sauce (large), and fried rice. Since there were three of us dining, we ordered plenty of food. Now, the taste was fantastic. The soup was excellent, so I imagine that any menu item would be delicious. I mainly ate the Salt Lemon flavor, which had a refreshing aftertaste and a rich flavor that made me say "delicious" until the last bite. The deliciousness lingered in my mouth long after the meal. On the way home, I found myself thinking about what to try next time. This restaurant was a huge hit after a long time. Hmm, what should I eat next time?

昼ご飯に利用しました。 悩んだ末に、焦がし醤油ラーメンをチャーシュートッピング追加して注文。 店内はラーメン店としては広くて快適。 焦がし醤油ラーメンの麺は固めで、ブツッと嚙み切れる食感。 スープはオイリーな感じが少し強いですが、 焦がし風味に嫌味がなく美味しいですね。 チャーシューは焼き上げた程よい香ばしさがいいです。 キクラゲや玉ねぎも入り、味や食感に変化もあり、美味しく一杯頂きました。 次は、辛味噌食べてみたいですねぇ。

本日は知床鶏塩をいただきました。 もう少し塩が抑え目でもいいけど、まあ好みの味です。 麺がスープにとても合っていて美味しいですね。
