I had a kaiseki meal in a room with a nice view of the garden. The portion was generous and the presentation was beautiful, making me very satisfied. I tried Matsutake mushroom steamed in a clay pot for the first time and was truly impressed by its deliciousness.

I am satisfied with the dining experience in a room with a beautiful view of the garden! The presentation of the dishes was also beautiful. I will definitely come back again!

For the 25th memorial service, we held a banquet at Makoto, a Japanese restaurant. The hospitality was excellent, and the courtyard was nice. It would be even better if it snowed.
