Shān Chá Huā - 会津坂下町

I tried the sauce katsudon at a ramen and set meal restaurant in Aizuwakamatsu, recommended by a friend. The balance of sweetness and acidity in the sauce was exceptional.

Lunch visit on June 14, 2020. I tried the Sazanka Ramen and rice for the first time. It was delicious and hot until the end because it was a thick sauce. I spent 100 yen on the fortune-telling card on the table.

Overall, I think all the dishes at this restaurant are delicious. Personally, I am a "soup drinker" when it comes to ramen, but when I order the large size, there is too much soup so I sometimes leave some behind. My favorite menu items are the meat and vegetable stir-fry set meal and the Chinese bowl. The flavors are intense, so when I order the large size, I like to have the seasoning diluted a bit.

さざんかラーメンがおすすめです。 塩ベースのタンメンで餡がかかっています。 甘めの餡は熱々でスープと麺によく合っています。この餡が好きならば中華丼もおすすめです 定食物も美味しいようですが、いつも決まってさざんかラーメン食べてしまいます。
