Bó Duō Yī Fēng Táng Sān Jǐng アウトレットパーク Zī Hè Lóng Wáng Diàn

I visited the only Ippudo restaurant in Shiga prefecture around 1pm on a weekday. There were seats available in the food court. I ordered the Hakata-style ramen with seasoned egg and fried rice. As a fan of sesame, I sprinkled plenty of the free sesame on top. The orthodox tonkotsu ramen was delicious. Personally, I prefer the noodles to be a little firmer even though they were slightly soft. The fried rice was also tasty, and the portion matched the price well.

The classic tonkotsu ramen was very delicious. I tried the Akatama and Kyokarakamen. The Akatama had a deep miso flavor mixed with tonkotsu, giving the ramen a richer taste. The Kyokarakamen was very spicy and made me cough multiple times, but in the end, I couldn't resist having more and more of the soup. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but go for seconds.

You can order extra noodles or additional toppings at this restaurant in the food court. Sometimes the staff may not ask about the firmness of the noodles, so it's better to proactively communicate your preferences.
