Huáng Lán - 小野市

The Champon at this restaurant is fantastic!! The gyoza and meat rice were also delicious! However, the service was slow. Even though there were only three customers ahead of us, we had to wait for the meat rice to come out after finishing the gyoza, and then wait for the Champon after finishing the meat rice. It took 30 minutes from ordering for the Champon to arrive... But when we went back another day, it came out in less than 10 minutes.

The Champon noodles are always delicious and hearty no matter how many times I eat them. I also ordered fried rice intending to share one portion between two people, and the staff kindly divided it into two servings for us. The owner pays attention to even the smallest details, and there is only space for three cars in the parking lot.

I wanted to eat Champon from Juhachi in Kashi city, so I went to a restaurant run by the owner's son. Both the Champon and the fried rice were delicious.
