Contribuiți la feedbackI visited my parents' graves with my two daughters and returned home. We took a ferry from Hakodate and arrived in Oma in the evening. My daughters were looking forward to eating delicious tuna sushi when they arrived in Oma. When it comes to Oma, we think of Hamazushi. As expected, it did not disappoint. The tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe, and everything else were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We were full of happiness and our bellies were full. We definitely want to come back next year.
Before boarding the ferry from Oma to Hakodate in April 2022, I had some tuna here. It is located right by the port and you can park your car facing the sea. The interior of the restaurant has 6 counter seats and 2 small raised tables. There are vinyl sheets on the counter as a precaution. There were various options for tuna bowls, but I ordered the "Ue Don" for 3400 yen. It came in a large bowl with 3 slices of medium fatty tuna and 7 slices of lean tuna. The miso soup was made with shrimp heads. The tuna was fresh, sweet, and delicious, and while the atmosphere may not be fancy, the food is definitely tasty. They only accept cash payments.
I had the assorted tuna sushi. The fish was not too cold, melting at the perfect temperature in my mouth, and absolutely delicious. While the authentic tuna season in Oma is typically from August, this place offers delicious tuna year-round thanks to proper frozen storage. The owner mentioned that the restaurant has been experiencing a decrease in customers due to the impact of COVID-19 on ferry passengers. If you ever visit Oma, I highly recommend trying this place.
噂で聞く、大間の浜寿司さん 2回目の大間で、タイミングよく入店できました。 オススメは海鮮丼3,800円と少々お高めですが、旅の記念に是非オススメです。 お昼時は混み合うこと必至なので、12時までか、13時を過ぎてからがよろしいかと。
2021/11/6午後1時半ごろ 大間のマグロを求めてやってきました。青森市内から本当に3時間位かかりますね… 写真はマグロの握り、海鮮丼、上寿司です。 素人所感ですが、厚めに切られたマグロの食感がとても良かったです。 お会計時大将に話しかけてみましたが、話好きな方のようでしてエンジンかがったら止まらなそうでした。 今食べたマグロは昨年水揚げしたものを急速冷凍したものだと教えてくれました。他にも色々なお話をうかがい楽しい時間を過ごせました 車は正直どこに停めるのが正解だったのか謎ですが、その辺に停められるかもしれません。
