Contribuiți la feedbackI didn't have a reservation but was able to get a table. I ordered the motsunabe (tripe hot pot) and chijimi (Korean pancake). The motsunabe had large pieces of tripe and was incredibly delicious. The chijimi also had sakura shrimp in it, making it crispy and tasty. It was a fun experience to take off my shoes and enter the restaurant like entering a traditional Japanese home.
I didn't know there was such a good restaurant in the neighborhood! The motsunabe tasted better than any famous restaurant I've tried in Fukuoka, with plenty of tender tripe and abundant cabbage and garlic chives. The aroma of burdock was also very nice. They say they can adjust the amount of garlic for those concerned. I also tried other menu items, all of which were delicious and exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff were very friendly and kind, and when I spoke to them, they were friendly and helpful, which made my heart feel at ease. It's a bit hard to find by car, as the road is narrow, but there is a large parking lot on the left side of the front of the restaurant, so you can rest assured. Honestly, it's a hidden gem of a restaurant that I don't really want others to know about. I will definitely go back!
This restaurant specializes in delicious motsunabe (tripe hot pot). The tripe has no unpleasant odor and is very tasty. The location is a bit tricky to find, but with navigation, it's not a problem.
