I went to eat because I was curious about the tantanmen. The mother's friendly service was lovely! The tantanmen had a rich and flavorful taste, with the delicious parts unique to tantanmen clinging to the noodles and tasting very good. The ingredients were impressive, with mung bean sprouts that emphasized texture and paired perfectly with the flavorful noodles. The spiciness was just right, and the soup was so good that I drank every last drop. The second time, we had a drinking party in the tatami room in the back. The master had a selection of sake, shochu, whiskey, and more... He provided snacks that paired well with the alcohol. I thought he must want to serve things that he himself finds delicious.
