The best chocolate and hazelnut milk option in Taipei can be found here. The tea and cashew nut cream are also fantastic. I definitely plan on returning. The staff informed me that everything in the store is vegan.

Update Service aside, the quality of the drinks and the taste of the nut milk/nut cream are really good. The nut cream is thick and unctuous, whereas the nut milk is creamy with natural sweetness of the nuts. The pour-over coffee was very nice.
