Alright, let's talk sushi. If you're sitting at the counter, it seems comfortable. The ordering system looks simple, but the touch panel or system feels a bit hard to use. I decided to try ordering a variety of 3-piece sushi sets and some chicken karaage to keep the cost down. In order to keep prices low, they need to offer generous portions. There are also various side menu options available. It's convenient and cheap for a casual daytime drink. However, I'm not a fan of drinking beer with rice, so I end up just ordering from the side menu.

Hamazushi is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I think the prices are reasonable, and you can even do drive-thru.

Hamazushi is located in Uto Aeon Town. Their business hours go until 11:00, which is relatively late, so it is a great place to go when you have a late dinner due to errands or other reasons. The Pepper robot greets customers upon arrival, which is entertaining and helps with cost efficiency and smooth service. One of the great things about Hamazushi is the variety of soy sauce options they offer, such as Hokkaido Rishiri Kombu soy sauce, reduced salt soy sauce, Kansai sweet soy sauce, Kyushu sashimi soy sauce, and original dashi soy sauce. This is a service that is greatly appreciated by those who are not accustomed to the sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. Their sushi options include three-piece sets, 150 yen toppings, grated daikon, and others, showing their effort to differentiate themselves from other chain restaurants. Overall, I believe Hamazushi is a great restaurant that provides more than enough service for a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.
