I ate a 500 yen tofu parfait. I chose vanilla ice cream and mango sauce. It was very rich in ingredients, with whipped cream, red bean paste, silky tofu, roasted soybeans in yellow, blue, and black, sesame biscuits, a snack called Garigori Okara made by the company, and a crispy fried mixture of wheat and natto. Despite being cheap, it was delicious and did not compromise on quality. The tofu was not overly sweet and had a flavor similar to edamame, but with a texture reminiscent of almond tofu, making it a great match with the sweet sauce and cream. It was worth going out of my way to eat it.
The food is delicious, and dishes eaten in nature feel even more delicious. Additionally, I'm happy about the all-you-can-eat small, locally produced natto. With reasonable prices, I would definitely like to visit again if given the opportunity.
