This is authentic Japanese cuisine. I had the Matsuhana bento for lunch, and it was a delicious meal with a subtle taste and a seasonal feel. It is recommended to make reservations early for weekends. They offer both lunch and dinner course meals. There are tatami rooms, tables, and a counter seating available.
I visited for lunch. All the dishes are well seasoned and delicious. The kettle rice is moist and flavorful, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is calm, allowing you to enjoy your meal peacefully. However, before the meal, pickles such as pickled radish are served, but the tea takes a while to come out. The tea was brought out at the same time as the kettle rice, but there was quite a bit of time before that. While waiting for the meal to arrive, we talk and munch on the pickles, making our throats dry. I wished they had brought out the tea or water first. In typical restaurants, it is usually prepared beforehand, so I was inconvenienced.
