いわさき Jiā Bèi Guǎn

This is a revisit to a cafe I went to long ago. The menu has changed a bit and I tried Nagasaki-style Turko rice for the first time. The portion was generous, but I was in the mood for a hearty meal so I happily finished it all! There was a smoker in our group so it was convenient that smoking is allowed, which is rare these days.

My spouse and I often have lunch here. The nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of a café from our younger days is delightful. While I am overly fond of the Turkish rice on the menu, I recommend trying out other dishes as well. Why not give them a go and see for yourself?

This is a traditional coffee shop. The meals are also hearty, but I recommend trying the desserts here at least once. They are huge in size. Even the mini parfait is as big as a regular parfait at other shops. The crepe also contains two scoops of ice cream inside, making it very satisfying to eat. This is a place that sweets lovers will want to visit regularly.
