I entered the restaurant on a whim while passing by. It's a Chinese restaurant in the middle of the city, but the dishes are well-prepared! I saw shrimp soba on the menu, so I ordered that. I've eaten at over 200 shrimp soba places in Yokohama Chinatown, but this was definitely one of the top-ranked in my opinion. The taste of each vegetable was great. The soup didn't overpower the sweetness of the vegetables, yet it wasn't too strong either. It was smooth and the deliciousness lasted until the last bite, without making me excessively thirsty afterwards. Also, the rice was really good, maybe because of the region? I definitely want to try other items on the menu as well!
I ordered a regular soy sauce ramen, but it was amazing! I was really impressed by how delicious it was. The bamboo shoots, pork chashu, seaweed, green onions, and all the toppings were meticulously crafted and everything in the bowl tasted fantastic. It might be the best in Kami-cho.
