Seasoned chicken breast topped with a homemade molé sauce, made of mild peppers, chocolate, nuts, and various spices. Finished with fresh cilantro and served with rice and beans.

Quesadillas Americana

Warm wedges of flour tortillas stuffed with melted mozzarella cheddar. With salsa sour cream on the side. (Serves one)

Nacho Bean Dip

Fried pinto beans covered in a thick layer of melted cheese. With house-made queso fresco, salsa fresca and thick nacho chips.
