Comsa. Grown on an organic certified farm at high altitude under the canopy of shade trees and fair trade certified on top of that. We roast this coffee to a full city level to give it a nice medium body. It delivers a crisp, sweet and excellent balanced

Grown in the high mountainous area of tana toraja and then wet hulled results in a full bodied, mild acidity, bright, and clean coffee. This coffee will really shine when brewed in a French press or chemex and also works great as a single origin espresso
