Chicken sauteed in onions and slow cooked in tomato based curry made of garlic, ginger, maya herbs and spices, red chillies with fresh coriander.

Pui Tikka

Boneless chicken cubes marinated with spices, herbs, ginger, garlic paste, and cooked in tandoor, served with masala sauce.
