Lovely old pub. Lovely pub meals at reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly. Not glamorous but very pleasant.

the seafood they served me were ab .the steak who served my son, was like leather. seriously. not even an apology for the off-sea food, and the dame was so rude. a massive disappointment.

Bendigo art gallery is a great space as it recently had a redevelopment. We were lucky enough to see the 'Imagining Ned' exhibit.

Looks like a pretty new setupCool, minimalist aesthetic and a simple "coffee" sign out the front is how I found it.

If you're into vanilla slices that aren't exactly sweet, and are extremely cream based rather than custard then this might be the place for you.
