Contribuiți la feedbackI was able to go to the new soba restaurant right after it opened. The aroma and texture of the soba were strong and refreshing, making it a wonderful dish to enjoy. The mountain vegetable soba was filled with delicious local vegetables such as large horsetails and crispy warabi ferns, giving it an amazing taste. The tempura, showcasing skilled techniques, and the sweet tōgarashi pepper were also surprising. Placing plenty of tōgarashi on the zabuton and dipping it in soy sauce makes for a satisfying meal. The clean interior of the restaurant with a wood stove makes it inviting and cozy. I have found another wonderful restaurant to visit.
I tried the cold chicken soba. The broth was rich and flavorful, with chunky pieces of well-seasoned chicken. The strong salty flavor made it a bit difficult to eat a lot. However, they also served soba-yu with the cold chicken soba, allowing me to adjust the flavor to my liking. The restaurant is located along the Copper Mountain River, so the scenery was also beautiful.
A restaurant that serves hand-made soba noodles near the Elbow-Onsen. There are quite a few soba noodle restaurants around Elbow-Onsen, and you can also enjoy soba noodles at Matsuya in Elbow-Onsen. Has soba noodles always been popular in this area? The aroma of the soba noodles is pleasing, with noodles that are not too thick or too thin. What stood out was that the green onions were white instead of green, just like in Matsuya. Is this common in this area? We also had tofu. It had a slightly chunky texture when it broke apart, not exactly "grainy", but the soybeans weren't too overpowering, and it was light and easy to eat.

お昼に伺い、鳥そばとザブトンを頼みました。 温かい蕎麦でもそば湯を出してくれ、食べ終えた後にそば湯を入れるととても美味しい 勿論そば自体美味しいです。 肘折温泉にきたら、ぜひ行って欲しいと思いま す。
