Chili's - Zapopan

We like to go here for a reliable lunch and the view. The view is as good as ever! The food not so much. We ordered the trio (starter) and onion rings to share. The SW egg rolls were tasteless and a funny texture. Boneless buffalo wings had no heat, and all the special sauces tasted the same. The onion rings were ok. The prices are inflated and service spotty. We were never offered a refill on our ice tea, unlike other times we 've gone there. Get your act together!

Unlike all the chilis we have visited this one has the worse food and bad service ever. I order Chicken margarita, no flavor at all, chicken breast was totally flat in flavor! Daughter order Alfredo's spaghetti with Salmon, salmon was almost burn on the bottom, extra pepper seasoned. The only good plate was the bacon cheese burger, meat was perfect and we all give tumbs up for French fries. To ask for soda refills it took around half and hour! Seriously very bad service . And I do really like chili's restaurants . Hey! One good point: the view is really good: you have ocean view. And the manager is very nice !!!

We ate at Chili's at Liverpool Mall on Nov 18th and had a great meal? Price was reasonable, food was very good and service was ok. As I was about to leave the restaurant a lady came up to me in the restaurant and said I had ketchup on the back of my shirt and pants. I proceeded to the restroom in the restaurant where a man followed me (I assumed he was from the restaurant) who helped me clean up. Within minutes I was later allerted by my credit card by email that my card had been used at an ATM which I had not authorized. I have no idea how the ketchup got on my back as I had not used ketchup but now assume this was a scam. I have no idea how they used my credit card without knowing my PIN however the card has been cancelled.

My parents I went last night, had great service and the food was fabulous..couldn't even finish my Swiss Mushroom Burger :

I ordered a well done burger that came with a Caesar salad, my wife Texas fries and an order of wings. The burger was gray and looked like it had been steamed totally without any flavor. The other stuff was there, although not very fresh and they forgot the pickles I choked down about a half with great difficulty. A tasteless wilted salad. Texas fries just barely passable and I suspect reheated in a microwave.The wings were kind of rubbery, not crisp at all and again totally without flavor. Two cans of coke what could the kitchen possibly do to destroy them. The waiter was super how I feel for him having to serve that horrible stuff. Will we ever go back? Not in this lifetime!
