People enjoy Jollibee because the staff is friendly and the food is affordable.

We were surprised by the appearance of the Italian-style chicken fillet at McDonald's Gateway—it was so small! We were really excited, too. What a disappointment!

The service was poor, and the utensils were very dirty. The dining area was in disarray, and it seemed like the place wasn't cleaned up until customers started arriving.
