Bubba's Southern Barbeque - Yuma

Cook wore no mask! The chicken was crispy outside and delicate inside. Fries were not good, no salt they lubricated as if they were cooked and left to sit. Coleslaw, Cold Roast Beef Sandwich, BBQ sauce, coffee server was fine. Nothing really woke me, but my men 10 out of 10 on the Rueben. Server was ok

The food and the customer service are great. When you walk in, the waitresses make you feel at home and at ease. Definitely a go to place.

We googled and searched on Yelp for the best biscuits and gravy, not very satisfactory search results. We ended up going to Bubba's and I was glad we did, the gravy is just pepper gravy and based on sausage, the waitress said I could ad sausage pieces at no extra cost. The two biscuit serving was $3.25 and I couldn't finish it. Services was slow otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars.

The lady served us is cool and nice to look at . But this place is an old dinney from the past older crowd

We stopped and had breakfast after Dr's. Appt. I normally enjoy my biscuits and gravy. Today my biscuits were very dry and tough- more like hockey pucs. Please get your soft fluffy biscuits back. Service was good.
