Jersey Mike's Subs - York

The food was OK, but I prefer Jimmy John's or Subway. They used way too much lettuce! They were busy, but service was quick. Don't sit at a table near one of the two doors or you will be constantly blasted with air when opened and your napkins will go flying.Food: 3/5

Jersey Mike's on Springwood Rd in York, PA is a family favorite. My wife can be rather particular and often changes things up. I'm usually the same as is my autistic daughter.Anyway their food is incredible and has topped any other JM we have been to with the exception being one in Lumberton NC. Keep it up. Ed P. Tabor

Came in an hour before close and did not feel rushed, uninvited, or as if the workers did not want to be there. Greeted upon entering and the female working out front at the time was impressive. If she is not a manager, keep an eye. She’s fitting for the role. Super happy with this experience! For sure returning.

My Mother and I went in there to order 3 steak subs. All 3 were customized differently and we also ordered a chicken sub and I told the lady Savannah that took my order all I wanted on the chicken sub was Onion, pepper, and cheese. Then the one steak was supposed to be just steak and cheese and they added all the toppings on the one sub that were supposed to go on a different sub. Out of all 4 subs they messed up 2 of them. I called the manager which turned about to be Savannah as well and told her that my order was not done correctly. She gave the worst customer service over the phone. The customer service in the store wasn't much better. Wouldn't have been so bad if we didn't pay 60$ for 4 subs. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Other ones are better but this one sucked!
