Starbucks Coffee - Yakima

Coffee is great. Sometimes they forget the little things like straws for iced drinks, napkins or knife for cream cheese. Irrigation after you drive off. Come on. Focus on the customer needs.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in yakima, their staff is always friendly and they never get my order wrong unlike other locations I have been to. If they get a minor thing wrong they correct it immediately which is great customer service in my opinion

We got there right at rush hour apparently we had two mobile orders in our vehicle, and about 8 10 cars ahead of us. They breezed us through pretty quickly though, and the gal at the window was super friendly. One of the better Starbucks that I have been to.

This is a typical Starbucks. It was Sunday morning on Mother's Day and they were extremely busy! Even so, the folks serving were very kind and courteous. They got my small order out quickly and were helpful finding things I needed for my order. I give them a thumbs up for everything I could grade them on. I will return and I recommend this Starbucks to everyone!!!

I will always be a Starbucks lady. I feel I am a coffee queen. I love coffee. I can go to Starbucks and get the same coffee anywhere at any Starbucks. If I go to a local coffee stand, it's more expensive, and I don't always like their coffee blend. And I drive away thinking that I just wish I would have gone to Starbucks.
